Training & guidance
Training built around the people doing the work
There are plenty of online courses and video guides that can teach you the basics of Drupal and CiviCRM.
That's not what we do.
Our training is completely bespoke. When we develop a system, we work with the people who will actually use it, identify what they need to know and build training around the work they need to do.
Training needs usually become clear during development.
We work with end users to understand their roles, the tasks they perform and where they need confidence or additional skills. From that, we agree clear training objectives and design sessions to meet them.
That might include administering Drupal, working with CiviCRM or using custom functionality we've developed specifically for your organisation.
But it often goes much further.
Knowing which button to press is only part of the job.
We can also train and guide people in the work that sits around the system, including:
writing and editing content for the web
creating effective emails and correspondence
producing newsletters
managing forms and online content
working with organisational workflows
understanding how information moves between Drupal, CiviCRM and the people using them
The aim is not simply to teach the software, but to help people use the whole system well.
Every Drupal and CiviCRM implementation develops its own processes, terminology and custom functionality.
So our training reflects your system rather than a generic demonstration environment.
It can be delivered alongside a new project, when new functionality is introduced, or later when roles, staff or training needs change.
